Base, aroma, structure and pairing

Each guest starts by choosing one cocktail direction.

First they understand the base, aroma, structure and pairing. Then they prepare the drink with a bartender.

Bitter / Aperitivo

Negroni Family: Classic Negroni, Americano, Sbagliato or Cardinale.
Structured, bitter-sweet, aperitivo-led.
Pairing direction: olives, herbs, savoury bites.

Tropical / Vanilla

Pornstar Martini: vodka base, vanilla, passion fruit, acidity and texture.
Fresh, tropical, aromatic.
Pairing direction: tropical sweet-acid notes.

Whisky / Smoke

Penicillin-style: whisky, honey-ginger, lemon, smoke and structure.
Warm, fresh, elegant.
Pairing direction: candied fruit and warm spice.

In Recommended and Full packages, the choice can be broader and shaped through a flavour diagram, group voting and bartender guidance.

TIMING, SIZE & BOOKING

Booking basics

The final programme is confirmed individually, but the organiser can assess the format quickly.

Timing

1-1.5 h base format.
A short break can be included depending on group flow.

Size

Usually 10-20 guests.
Best when guests work in visible small groups.
Above 20 guests: extra bartender or station quoted individually.

In-bar format

Workshops usually work best before regular opening hours.
For Rumour-based workshops, recommended start is around 15:00-15:30 and finish by 16:45-17:00.

Booking

Prices are net + VAT.
Booking is confirmed with a 1/3 deposit.
Deposit should be paid no later than one week before the event.
Change, cancellation and deposit settlement terms are confirmed in the proposal.

Adults only. Responsible tasting format. Mocktails available on request. Brands and specific bottles depend on availability.
